About the owner
I started Hosted Web three years ago, after running a very successful web design agency. I found that most of my customers were asking for hosting along with the web design packages that I offered and so, created a company to take on the workload! I still have customers hosted with me today that started with me back in 1999 and am very proud of this fact, I see it as a sign that I’m doing the right things and all of my hard work is rewarded when I see my client retention rates.
Where will we be in the future?
Well, my scrap books are full to the brim with ideas and innovations both supplied by my clients and ones that have popped into my head at 2am. I love continuous improvement and intend to accelerate a lot of these ideas into fruition during 2012 so watch this space!
Mission statement?
To provide high quality, high availability hosting to clients all over the UK and those hosting sites in the UK. To maintain a strong relationship with out client base and maintain that personal touch that so many larger company’s seem to lose.
