2. Domains are non-refundable so any free domains provided will be charged for at trade price (the price we pay for the domain). This amount will be deducted from any refund, but you will still own the domain.

3. Refunds are calculated to the nearest month, so if your on a monthly contract and cancel on the last day of the month the entire month will be refunded. If you are on a yearly contract we will refund the current month and every month remaining on your contract.
